The Soffi-Steel® System is a custom-fabricated enclosure system that conceals any size fire sprinkler, plumbing, & HVAC piping or wiring. Soffi-Steel can be factory-painted or finished in the field(paint, wallpaper, stucco). The Soffi-Steel System is a Factory Mutual Approved soffit system for the protection of BlazeMaster® Fire Sprinkler pipe. Recommended by the NFSA in the Fire Sprinkler Retrofit Guide, Soffi-Steel can be used for new or retrofit projects in institutional, commercial & residential facilities.

Materials & Finishes: Zinc Galvanized Paintgrip - This material is treated for painting. It is not primed or painted but ready to accept such finish (ASTM-A653 Coating Class A60 or G90). This is available in 16 gauge, 18 gauge, 20 gauge, 22 gauge or 24 gauge. Zinc Galvanized Paintgrip With a Factory Painted Finish - This is available in 16 gauge, 18 gauge, 20 gauge, 22 gauge or 24 gauge. Call 800-800-3213 for Color Charts. (See Choice of Colors Below) Stainless Steel - Stainless Steel with #4 finish. This is recommended where shield may be exposed to moisture. This is available in 16 gauge, 18 gauge, 20 gauge, 22 gauge or 24 gauge. This cannot be painted.
