Statement:
Grange’s designs look to the past for inspiration while facilitating today’s lifestyle. And our styles, whether traditional or contemporary, are rooted in historical styles that create an environment of warmth and integrity. We choose cherry wood for most of our designs since that is the wood most historically accurate to the styles we produce. Attention to detail and hand-craftsmanship are what truly set our furniture apart. Our furniture is assembled by hand to ensure the alignment of doors and drawers. Stain is applied and hand-rubbed to allow the color to penetrate the wood, rather than lay on the surface. At the customer’s discretion, we can employ techniques that display the wrinkles and marks of life. Since 1904, the men and women at Grange have expressed their love of cabinetmaking through expertise, a skilled hand and experience, drawing on an inherited tradition.
