Our Glue-Down Cork Tiles are made in a variety of shapes including rectangles, hexagons, triangles, squares and more. Our product range allows designers to show off their true design skills and our products contribute to a variety of LEED credits. Globus Cork products are made from post-industrial waste cork of wine stoppers and we use only water-based materials making it a very green building material. Cork trees are never cut down to produce cork products.

Green Statement/Products:
All products made and used by Globus Cork are environmentally friendly. Cork is a harvested material and the trees are never cut down and therefore is no forestry certification required. Our cork tiles are made from the cork waste of the wine stopper industry so they are made of post-industrial recycled material. Everything used on the cork tiles is water-based and no or low VOCs. The adhesive we use has no VOCs. Our energy supply is exclusively from regional renewable energy sources and there are no washing or water demands for the production of our cork tiles.
